Xavier Marcet is a consultant in strategy, innovation and transformation of organizations with more than 15 years of experience. He heads Lead To Change, a consulting firm that works in Barcelona, Madrid, Boston and Santiago de Chile. He is a professor at the Barcelona School of Management of Pompeu Fabra University. He is the founding president of the Barcelona Drucker Society. He contributes to La Vanguardia and Sintetia.
