Agustín Peralt es doctor en Administración y Dirección de Empresas por la UPV y MBA por ESADE. Experto en efectividad para CEO y comités de dirección, es creador del FASE Method® y del modelo de efectividad circular, que integra productividad, resiliencia y liderazgo. Tras quince años de experiencia directiva, reorientó su carrera hacia la formación y el mentoring ejecutivo, liderando más de cien proyectos de transformación en multinacionales y empresas familiares. Es autor de Lidérate y Los seis pilares de la resiliencia. Colabora con Executive Education en ESADE.

Agustín Peralt holds a PhD in Business Administration and Management from the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV) and an MBA from ESADE. An expert in executive effectiveness for CEOs and leadership teams, he is the creator of the FASE Method® and the Circular Effectiveness Model, which integrates productivity, resilience, and leadership. After fifteen years of executive experience, he redirected his career toward executive education and mentoring, leading more than one hundred transformation projects across multinational corporations and family-owned businesses. He is the author of Lead Yourself and The Six Pillars of Resilience, and collaborates with ESADE Executive Education.
