Digesting Life

It's possible that this book has found you looking for remedies for good digestion. Maybe you've spent decades dealing with stomach pain, gas, constipation or worse problems. I had the same problem. It's also possible that you don't want more doctor visits or to undergo an infinity of analyses and tests only to hear your specialist tell you, “It's nothing serious”, “It's all in your head” or “It was just something temporary: stress or an infection, or…” Have you ever said to yourself that you are an unsolved mystery and that you don't understand happens inside of you? Do you feel powerless when doctors insist that nothing is wrong, but you still feel bad? Your body isn't tricking you. Something is wrong. It's not your imagination. My message to you is: don't give up! Don't consider yourself a lost cause. Don't settle with what one, two or half a dozen doctors tell you. Investigate, read, search and, above all, take control of your health. In this book I share, in addition to my experiences, the knowledge I have acquired along a long path in search of wellbeing. Digestive health is a fascinating world. I invite you to take this trip with me. Dare to believe. Good digestion is possible… even for you.
